Following your birth, Golden Oak offers 24 hour midwifery support for six weeks. This Includes:

  • A midwife will visit you each day while you are in hospital

  • Individualized hospital discharge planning

  • Three postpartum visits – one at home and two in the office

  • Lactation support for all clients during their hospital stay

  • Lactation support at home if needed

  • Email and phone contact with a midwife as needed throughout the six-week period

In addition, Golden Oak supports your “4th Trimester” with a range of Community Education offerings, from Thursday Chats with Midwife Ellie and Guests to a weekly Postpartum Power Hour every Tuesday and a Postpartum Support Group 6-week series.
